Omar was an amazing host! There was an issue beyond his control from a previous renter, but he went out of his way to make sure I got my rental as soon as possible and communicated every step of the way! He was professional, his car was spotless, and he even dropped off the car at my location for me!
I ended up having an injury where I needed medical attention so I had to cut my trip short by a couple of days. He immediately was more concerned about my well-being than the rental and asked how I was feeling. He refunded the remaining amount for the days I wasn’t able to use the car. He really didn’t have to do that, but I’m so very grateful he did!
Not only is Omar a great host but such a kind and considerate person. I will definitely rent again from Omar when I’m in town. If I could give 1000 stars, I would! Thank you, Omar!
