I called, texted, and sent you messages through Turo before the trip started. I also went into the airport and recorded a video showing the route from the terminal to the parking garage. I let you know the terminal, the hourly parking garage, the zone, and exactly where the car was parked.
I'm guessing you called about the parking fee. If you picked up the car 2.5 hours after your scheduled pickup time, the parking fee isn't my responsibility. Turo charges me for the first hour, and any additio
