We had an excellent experience with our rental car. The pick-up process at San Francisco Airport was smooth, and everything went very well. Driving the convertible from San Francisco to Monterey and along the breathtaking Big Sur coastline was an unforgettable experience. Enjoying the scenic Pacific Coast Highway with the top down made our trip truly special.
The car was clean, in excellent condition, and a pleasure to drive. We even received lots of compliments and admiring looks along the way!
One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer both USB-A and USB-C charging options in the cars, or to remind customers to bring the appropriate cable. We only had USB-C cables with us and didn’t think about needing a different connector.
Overall, everything went perfectly, and we would definitely rent here again. Highly recommended!
