Unfortunately, we had an issue with the tire tread being low upon delivery which ultimately ended up with the tire getting a puncture in the mountains. Sikh Autohaus was very understanding and offered a full refund, which I think is the best outcome for a tricky situation that ended our road trip early. I would ultimately rent again from them as they seem to genuinely care about your experience and the car community and were very reasonable to work with, so I have no doubt we would have had a 5-star experience without the bad luck.
