The pick up was smooth. The car is not in great shape. The wheel axel is very loud like it has a loose bearing. When I mentioned to the host, they immediately responded with how perfect the car is and it must be me. There are also holes in the interior and showing a lot of aging
This car does NOT have a front wheel axel because it’s a rear wheel drive car. It’s also in great condition and doesn’t have absolutely any issues, as proven by regular dealer-level multipoint inspections. Guest was just upset about the post-trip parking invoice and used this misleading review as a retaliation. She’s been reported to Turo.
