FAQs
What if I return the car dirty?
Don't worry! As long as the car is returned in reasonable condition (not too dirty), you'll be free of charge. However, if there is a situation when the smell sticks inside the car (e.g., if somebody throw up/smoking in the car, or smell of pets), then I may need to charge professional cleaning in which you'll get billed based on the invoice charged by the professional cleaning - I won't take a penny (I will post in the post-rental photo).
Do you deliver the car to airport/my place?
No, I stopped doing that. The car is located not far from SJC airport and (kind a) in the middle of silicon valley area. Uber/Lyft will save you more money than having delivery charge.

Had a very smooth ride with this vehicle and made my trip a good one! Will be returning. Owner made it very wuick and easy to receive and deliver the vehicle as well.

Overall the ride was great. I did notice that the car needs some maintenance in the physical appearance. Car was not charged, it would be nice if it were charged next time & it also needs a deep detailing!

Thank you for the feedback. On the gas mileage, other than our recommendation to charge the car, nothing that we can do to improve it. On the electronics, just to share, BMW sensors are not super matured as compared with Tesla’s. We had a few times serviced/calibrated the sensors with BMW service center, but looks like it is the limitation that the car has.
