The BMW was fantastic—clean, fun to drive, and exactly as described. I had a great experience overall. The only issue was at return: the host had an emergency and wasn’t available, and I had contacted Turo support before receiving instructions, ending up staying with the car for a half an hour after my trip ended. But hey it’s a Sunday & this world is enough of a bummer right now without me complaining about this so-called problem. Once we connected, everything was resolved. I’d still consider renting this car again. Traffic yesterday on the 17 to the coast was light & at one point & was alone, no other cars in sight in front of nor behind me. So much fun & highly recommend. Also recommend confirming return instructions in advance especially if returning early Sunday morning. Thank you Ashley!

The host was 45 minutes late with the car upon pickup, also host gave her car to be with a bald tire, metal shreds showing on the tire. I had to pay for the tire to be replaced and host started to ignore all texts and calls rather than help. Host is refusing to reimburse me for the tire I purchased for her car. Worst experience I’ve had using Turo.
Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for the delayed pick up and for the frustration due to the tire incident during your trip. I would like to clarify that I did not refuse reimbursement. I repeatedly informed that any expenses and claims needed to be submitted and reviewed through Turo’s official process so they could be properly documented and handled accordingly to platform guidelines. I take the condition and cleanliness of my vehicle seriously and look forward to resolving claims in app
