Host was responsive, car showed up on time and as expected. Dropping it off was also easy and straightforward.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my rental experience. The car had a very strong cigarette/smoke odor when I received it, which remained throughout the trip and transferred to my clothing and belongings. I’m sensitive to smoke exposure, so this made the rental uncomfortable for me. I did reach out about the issue, but unfortunately it wasn’t resolved. I would recommend addressing the odor before renting the vehicle to future guests.
