The pickup location was anything but convenient. We flew into and departed from SFO and requested a rental car from the airport. This is what we got. A car that was 10+ miles away and could not be returned closer. Nothing like calling an Uber at 4:30am to pick you up on a dark street, just to check in on time and make your 6am flight.

Host answer 1 hour later after reading 2 messages within half hour so I consider it’s the attempt to not give me a chance of free cancelletion

I'm sorry the cleanliness didn't match the listing photos; every car is detailed between trips, and I've flagged this one for inspection. Our pickup spot is our listed business address, and delivery is available. On response time, I reply as fast as I can; Turo's free-cancellation window is set by Turo policy and isn't affected by when a host answers. I'd welcome the chance to do better next time.
I highly recommend to book. Car runs smoothly and great on gas. No problems at all. Owner is very friendly and great with communication.
