Why I will rent this Tesla again! A healthcare provider’s perspective.
Overall, I had a great experience renting the Tesla from Abdullah and Omer. The car was awesome—clean, drove great, and I had no issues with it throughout the trip. I especially enjoyed using Full Self-Driving, which worked really well.
I also really enjoyed meeting Omer. We connected because we come from similar backgrounds, and he was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. For me, doing business isn’t always just about the transaction—it’s also about the relationships you build with people. Abdullah and Omer made the whole experience feel welcoming and personal rather than purely transactional, and that’s a big reason I would rent from them again.
When we plugged the Tesla in to charge, the payment method wasn’t connected to the account, so I messaged Abdullah and we had to wait briefly. As soon as he saw my message, though, he took care of the payment right away and everything was good to go.
