• May I use this car for a track day, driver education, HPDE, or autocross event?

  No, vehicle strictly may NOT be used for track or similar events, including but not limited to autocross or high performance education. • Can I install a child seat?

  The front passenger seat does not have a LATCH system for child seats. Further, inside the seat is an integrated airbag which likely will inflate in the event of an accident and is not safe for children.

• May I bring a pet?

  No. Pet hair will incur additional cleaning claims on the rental.

• Do I need to wash the car when returning?

  No, do not wash the car when returning. A cleaning fee will only be charged in severe cases related to the interior, e.g. spilled liquids, pet hair removal, smoke smell, etc.

• How should I handle bridge tolls?

  The vehicle license plates are registered with Fastrak. You do not need to stop at the toll plaza and you may use the Fastrak lanes. Express lane usage may incur additional fees. See Turo FAQs for how tolls are processed.

• How do I add a second or third driver to the trip?

  Before adding another driver, they would need to create a Turo account and get approved similar to how you, the primary driver was setup in the first place. Under the trip section there is a place to add the approved driver's email address. • What is the luggage space dimensions?

  The front trunk storage space is 27x18x16.5 inches. Due to the roll cage in the rear cabin space, there is no room for luggage or large bags in the rear cabin.

• What is the quickest and stress-free pickup/dropoff at SFO?

  We recommend selecting the Grand Hyatt SFO location instead of SFO. The hotel is a short 5 minute ride on the SFO airtrain line. Take the SFO airtrain to Grand Hyatt SFO, and take the elevator to the ground floor of the hotel. From SFO take BART to Millbrae station.
