Lack of communication from hosts when it comes to getting their vehicle

Great communication. Affordable rental. However, the car made some loud engine noises and did not accelerate well. I returned it after one day of my week It’s an older vehicle so just bear that in mind. Host was very very helpful and accommodating. In reality it is not as clean or nice as the images. Probably perfectly fine for around town, but I was uncomfortable with it on the freeway over 50mph.
