The gate traps you in, security doesn’t know how to let you in or out which wastes a huge amount. Of time
We apologize for this inconvenience but we did provide a number to call their front desk to open the gate and they will get to the gate right away.
The security teams are usually contracted workers that don’t work directly with the building so they actually wouldn’t know what to do. I hope this clarifies it :).

It’s an okay car. The communication with the host was good and the pick up convenient. The car is a bit old and has things here and there but it’s functional. It makes the work for the price.

The car looks much better in the photos than it does in real life. I also wanted to extend the rental for one more day and messaged the host about it, but my messages were simply ignored. For that reason, I’m giving 4 stars.
