While the location was great and had plenty of parking for dropping off. Picking up the car is an extra 3 step process so if you’re in a time crunch plan ahead for that. The car itself is completely false advertised. When I first got into the car it had a horrid smell. I then looked up at the roof of the car and there is brown stains covering the ENTIRE roof. While I understand normal wear and tear happens on cars, this was not that. It had a stench. In the pictures of ad of the car shows a normal and clean roof. It was quite disappointing because I had a wedding to go to and had no time to find another car. The trunk has a hard time staying closed, which wasn’t safe for the luggage we had to there. When I reached out they were kind and it explained the stains as wear and tear. I just personally agree because it covered the entire roof.
