The host was very responsive throughout the trip, which I appreciated. That said, the initial pickup and drop-off instructions could have been clearer (e.g., whether the car would be locked/unlocked, access code details, and street parking guidance).
The car itself ran well and had great gas mileage, so no complaints there. My main challenge was with the Turo app—I wasn’t able to end the trip early without spending about 15 minutes on the phone with support, in the rain, which wasn’t ideal.
Overall, I’d rent again, but I’d hope for a smoother app experience and clearer instructions upfront.
