Been renting for a while now and every time I must say from pick up to drop off I have never had noooo problems Elbert rental is forsure #1

I had no issues with the Location pick up nor the host as they were extremely responsive. I am rating this three stars because it was not explained that you could not hook up your Bluetooth to the car as it seems to be disabled. You also cannot add a device in order to make calls from the audio. I just had to use the radio to listen to music. I would have used another car of the Host had I known.
