Communication with host was wonderful, and the vehicle pickup/drop-off was simple and seamless! Car interior was sparkling clean. Fun little car to drive, too. It's worth noting that the AC wasn't very powerful, so it did get rather warm driving in the East Bay. Didn't bother me much, but others may be sensitive to this. Overall I recommend, and will try to rent from them again in the future!

The brake light indicator comes on sometimes even though the brake lights work. Abdullah said before I started my trip that the indicator light comes on but that the brakes still work. The car was otherwise clean and pickup and handoff was easy and efficient. Abdullah's brother came by when I checked in to check the air in my tires.

The brake light didn’t work and one of the backup lights was out, which felt unsafe, and there was no windshield wiper fluid. Apart from that the car was clean and pick up and drop off went smoothly.
