Car did what it needed to do and got us around. Check engine light did come on and can tell the car is not maintained. I did appreciate the heads up of needing to change my original car rental to the one we had. I am not sure if the one we had originally chosen was better but the white 2013 Passat was pretty ran down. Air conditioner worked great! We did not do a lot of driving so wasn't a big deal.

Dirty and didn't feel safe

Car was clean and had no issues.
Guest was just mad because he got a nail in the tire & drove on it, then had to buy a new tire.
Didn’t even charge him for a late return.
No good dead goes unpunished.
