All great! Car was super awesome!

The pick up was extremely challenging. We took the Sheridan shuttle bus and got yelled at by the driver do not use the Sheraton shuttle bus. They get very upset about this. When we dropped off the car, the parking lot was completely full. We had to park in the back and hunt for the car. Otherwise, the car was a smooth ride.
We advised upfront we are NOT affiliated to hotels. You didn’t read instructions. We pay a very expensive parking located 1 block away from airport and doNT charge our clients. If you have complains pls contact SD mayor on why is TURO banned at airport. It’s client’s responsability to get to the car. Unfair review

Car was superb. The reasons I dropped one star were:
- pickup could have been better - I had to manually hunt in a parking lot to find the car
- the back windshield was tinted and very difficult to see out of while driving
We pay a very expensive parking lot ( out of our pockets ) 1 block away from airport for our clients convenience and precise detailed instructions were sent as well
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine

Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
No off-roading
