Pickup and drop off was held at a convenient location. Had an issue with first car but host was very helpful and accommodating, he let me choose another car for my trip. Customer service was great. Just wish the first car that I originally picked was ready to drive. For an old car, it was in great condition. Got me to my destination and back, safely. Will rent from this host again in the future.

Gave me a car with a flat tire. Then his mechanic tried to have me take it to the shop for them. While I couldn’t get to work. He offered me to switch to a new car which was nice and promised me I would not get charged any extra. However I did get charged even more money on top of the first payment. I kept asking for help to make sure I didn’t get charged not good or helpful communication trying to help me out. Just not a very good experience
I swapped you into another car as per your request. And we both called Turo about your charges, at which point they explained to you that they did not charge you anything extra.
Not sure where the confusion is but best of luck
