This is an absolutely adorable car! The owner was so helpful, providing videos and instructions on how to put the top down etc.

The battery of the vehicle died after 3 miles of driving, which left me stranded in an area I did not know as I was traveling for business. I spent two hours on the phone with Turo, who would not find another vehicle for me until the owner of the first vehicle came to collect the vehicle, which wasn’t until sometime later. Very disappointed altogether. I would not utilize this business for securing a vehicle. I do wish that I had been met with more kindness by the owner of the Volkswagen Beetle however, when they arrived to pick up the vehicle, they did not speak to me nor did they assist in helping.
I’m truly sorry your trip was disrupted by an unexpected battery failure. As soon as you notified me, I immediately called you, advised you to contact Turo Roadside Assistance, and coordinated directly with Turo. When Turo contacted me towing the vehicle I chose to retrieve it myself and called you again to let you know we would arrive in 25 minutes. We arrived as promised but by then Turo already arranged transportation. The battery has since been replaced to prevent it from happening again.
