Will never rent from her again. Was not willing to allow any changes and then charged me for a ticket because of where the car was parked even tho it was in the exact same spot I picked it up from. Car ran great but horrible service otherwise.
The 2-day minimum rental requirement is clearly shown before booking and was accepted when the reservation was made. The parking ticket was issued by the city’s parking enforcement—not by me. Guests are responsible for complying with local parking regulations during their trip.

Loved how easy it was to communicate and get the car as we booked an hour before. The car was clean and so nice to drive. It was such a cheap car to fill up. Highly recommend and when we come back we definitely will use this car again.
