Para aclarar, nosotros no podemos cambiar la ubicación de recogida de una reservación; ese cambio solo puede realizarlo el huésped. La reservación original fue hecha para nuestra ubicación base y posteriormente el huésped decidió cambiarla a CBX. Antes de aceptar el cambio, se le informó del costo adicional y decidió proceder. Nunca cambiamos su ubicación ni agregamos un cargo sin su autorización. Siempre buscamos ser claros y transparentes.
