Parked in the wrong area for the drop off for car, couldn’t even give us the right directions to the car, couldn’t answer at drop off for car location also.

We provide the same detailed pickup instructions to every guest, and the vehicle is always parked in the same designated location. Other guests have been able to locate it without any issues using these exact instructions.
All trip-related communication must also remain within the Turo app for proper documentation. Additionally, the vehicle was returned extremely dirty and with such a strong unpleasant odor that it was difficult to even breathe inside.
Car was great, very clean and great on gas.

Absolutely stellar host. Couldn’t ask for better. Even though the trip changed due to personal reasons. Beautiful car. Drive great. AC is cold! I would definitely rent again from this host. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!!
