Easy pick up and drop off. Owner was willing to extend my trip by a week which was very helpful.
When I picked up the car I was disappointed to how banged up the car was. The paint was missing in big circles in the doors. The front bumpers had dents and the arm rest had tears in it. Lastly the headlights were extremely yellowed making it difficult if not dangerous to drive at night.
I did realize I was renting an older car but I expected it to be in better condition based on the pictures displayed when renting it.
This was my first experience renting from Turo and I have learned a lot
