Cons:
Delays on reviewing my license and gaining access to the car. I had to reach out to customer service for assistance.
While driving on the freeway, the tire air pressure light came on then would go off on surface streets. The car stopped on me in the middle of an intersection. Luckily it came back on within a couple of minutes.
Pros:
Car was very clean and great on gas.
Although the pick up is conveniently located near my job, I will not rent with them again.

Great instructions. Great car. Responsive host. The pick up location was a bit sketchy. It was around midnight and there were homeless people and some younger guys that kept walking back in forth around me. As an older single female I did feel a bit vulnerable. But there were no issues and everything went well, thank goodness :)

Owner didn’t review/approve the driver license in time. Had to wait for that to go through and needed to reach out to Turo support to push it through.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
