This was the easiest most responsive car rental process we have ever had. The only downside was taking so many pictures at the end. We sent in a couple of important ones of the gas and mileage and took a lot for our own records of the car itself but had trouble getting phones and apps to communicate for whatever reason. Hopefully having our own record of the car in photos is sufficient. Any communication we had with the owners was responded to almost immediately and all responses were very positive. Having the car delivered and picked up far exceeded any experience we’ve had with other companies. No waiting in line, no hassles. Insurance was a pain since my car insurance nor my credit card’s would cover the car so that was an added expense. Free extra driver was a plus. We’ll see how it goes when we actually have the car picked up but at this point it’s the best experience for a car rental we’ve had.
