Car rode fine, i got the car delivered, delivery time was changed a couple times, but did eventually work out a good time for both sides. the air freshener made the car smell a little weird. But rental performed its function in getting me from point A to point B and back in a safe manner.
Thank you for the feedback, Thien. On the day of pickup, San Diego experienced heavy rain and storm conditions, which led to unexpected traffic and some timing challenges. We really appreciate your flexibility and understanding. Regarding the scent, the air freshener was from a recent car wash, and we appreciate the note and will be mindful going forward.
