Easy pickup and drop off. Only a few minutes in a Lyft/Uber but we opted to walk as it was only 30 min and the weather was nice. Wade was very responsive and helpful. The only thing that would've been nice would be an adapter for the blink or other EB charger so we could've charged at our hotels rather than the Tesla charging station. There is one pretty close to the drop off location though at Liberty Square.
