I cannot recommend this car service. The car was not ready at the time reserved. They showed up late. Car smelled like smoke and was very damaged. Speakers did not sound well. Also tried to charge me for damage that they documented at delivery.

Your dishonesty is unfair. The car was clean and did not smell like smoke. It was washed and serviced prior to your rental. The vehicle had minor scratches, and you caused more damage and refused to take responsibility. Not only that but you drove additional distance, didn’t charge the car after your trip, and refuse to pay for the invoice or for the damage you caused.
