Car was good. Only issue it said it was .3 miles away from airport but I ended up having to walk a mile to get the vehicle.

Not sure who told you that we’re .3 mile from the airport. It’s 12 minutes walk from terminal one. Not sure how did you walk 1 mile.
You probably got lost and went on a wrong sidewalk.
