Excellent host, very courteous service and really everything is at a very high level, highly recommended

Vehicle was clean and drove well. The host was responsive and kind. However, the charging adapter was not included, which made it difficult to charge in areas without Tesla Superchargers. I recommend future renters to confirm an adapter is included or ask the host to provide one if they plan to use public chargers.
I’m sorry for the inconvenienced, for smoother trips in the future, it’s helpful to confirm charging setup details (including any adapters) with the host upfront via messaging before or right after booking.
