Pick up was a good location. Once I arrived at the car instructions were given
You damaged the door lock—for which we didn't charge you—and I came to help you; yet, you want a refund of the $35 rent, even though the door repair cost $150, and you even left a negative review.

The car needs brakes and it made so much noise. It felt like the car was falling apart. The air freshener was extremely overpowering. I took it down and put it in the glove box. Literally the worst car I’ve rented on Turo.
