Shuttle with Sheraton was confusing

Clean and well maintained. Lit was across from Sheraton hotel

Pickup was strenuous. The pickup instructions stated that the host wanted us to take the Sheraton shuttle from the airport to a parking lot across from the Sheraton hotel. They also state that they may not give us a ride so I’m not sure why it was recommended. The shuttle will not take you if you do not have a reservation so i had to spend money on a Lyft to the parking lot. Once we got to the parking lot, the host was just sitting near the car and told us we should have just tipped the shuttle driver.
