Somehow was not able to get picked up. Not sure if it was the company or the app. Either way didn't get what I paid for.

showed you exactly what you paid for, with receipt and address proof. Address was for pick up. If delivery was paid for it would clearly have showed on your receipt, which it didn’t. It was a smooth experience especially traveling with a teenager I enjoyed the smooth transition! The ride was perfect and the communication with Turo definitely was a great experience for my first time…thank you we greatly appreciate it!

Besides the $30 uber ride to pick up and drop off the car from a parking lot 2 miles away from the airport that we weren't aware of until we arrived, the maintenance light on all day and all 4 tires low tire pressure, the car was great. 😂 Wish we would've known about the drop off and pick up before hand but it's all good. It was a quick trip and made the best of it. We will still rent from you guys if cars are available. Thanks again.
