Great communication, gas saver mid size sedan

Very poor response times. Had difficult time locating the vehicle due to vague directions, and would not respond to any of my messages when asking for better directions. Had terrible rear tires with almost zero tread. This caused one of the tires to leak constantly throughout the trip requiring us to fill up the tire 5 separate times. I informed the host of the issue, and he responded “awesome”. The headlights were in poor condition, but worked properly. The drop off was difficult due to no response with the host. Messaged him 5-6 times with zero response back. On the bright side, the car drove and got good gas mileage. Frustrated with this process when looking forward to a relaxing vacation.

Sultan was an amazing host! The car was great and did really well on gas. The pick and drop off went seamless. Highly recommend!

Car is not in good shape. Sultan suggests a car wash to avoid a cleaning fee. Apple carplay only plays audio, does not display map directions. Garage drop off location does not have cell service.
