Car was neat. The charger port did not work so couldn’t charge a phone. Most of the speakers don’t work either, unless I couldn’t figure it out. Got to drive a convertible up the Pacific Coast so that’s cool.

There were unfortunately many issues with the car. To start the service light is on. From what I could tell, the power steering is extremely stiff. The a/c goes in an out, and blows an unpleasant crayon smell. The brakes are also due for service and are extremely loud. Overall didn't feel like a luxury car.

I’m sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the vehicle. Most of our guest love it. The vehicle is 17 years old and for the year is in great condition with very low miles. If you’re looking for more of a luxury car, you might consider renting something newer. Thanks and good luck to you.
