Great car, clean and easy to drive. Had some struggles with getting my phone to charge but Franz was super helpful and even reimbursed me for the car charger I ended up purchasing for the trip.

*Note - you MUST use a cigarette lighter charger if you want your phone to charge, the USB port won't do it!
Jessica was unaware that the USB-A of cars particularly in 2016 only provide 2.5-5Watts and not enough to charge a modern smartphone, so had to inform her of that but she had already bought a cable. As having a great experience with our rentals is our priority we kindly reimbursed her for purchase. To avoid confusion we have labeled the port and keep a cigarette lighter adaptor in the car that you can connect either your USB-A or USB-C cable for faster charging.
