I had an excellent experience renting from this host. The vehicle was exactly as described, communication was great, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
What stood out most was the host’s patience and understanding. Unfortunately, I misplaced my wallet and didn’t realize it until it was time to return the vehicle. I ended up having to retrace my steps and revisit every store I had been to over the previous 33 hours before finally finding it. As a result, I was a couple of hours late returning the vehicle, and the host was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the situation.
I’m truly grateful for their flexibility and professionalism. It’s not every day you come across someone who shows that level of compassion and customer service. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an stress-free rental experience.
