Key wouldn’t open the door… I called and called the host and no one came to help me.
I had to pay uber 250 dlls form SD to LA and 250 back… I finally got home and reached out to them and the host was super rude (no intention of helping me) he even said YOU DONT HAVE PROOF… lucking I did take some pictures and videos from proof. If you rent with this host you are on your own. Good luck

Very unsafe and disappointing experience with this vehicle. The engine light turned on, the RPM gauge was malfunctioning while driving, and the car eventually would not start. We barely made it home safely and did not feel comfortable continuing to drive it. Videos, photos, and all messages were provided as evidence through Turo. Due to the severity of the issues, the situation had to be escalated and was ultimately resolved with a full refund.

I usually don’t complain but this was the worst Turo I’ve ever rented. The vehicle had faded paint and an odor inside. I was able to look past those issues. The very next day after picking it up the vehicle stalled on me while trying to get on the freeway. The check engine light came on and stayed on for my entire trip. On my second day the vehicle had a hard time starting and I noticed the left rear tire was going flat. I was late to work because I had to take it to a tire shop for a flat repair. The shop would not do the repair because the tire was bald. I notified the owner and asked for a partial refund but was denied. Save yourself the headache and do not rent from this owner.
We appreciate your review on the 13 year-old car that you rented. And your check engine light came on because you didn’t close the gas cap correctly, which is common and happens with any car if you don’t close the gas cap correctly but again the car is 13 years old that you chose to rent.

AC does not work, engine light turns on / off , the car feels too “light” while driving. It also has poor acceleration. Don’t want to be harsh, but I would not recommend this car.
