This was my first Turo experience, and Nuridin truly set the bar high! From beginning to end, the entire process was seamless, and the Kia K5 was a great vehicle—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed.
I traveled to California under very difficult circumstances to lay my father to rest, and the compassion, kindness, and professionalism Nuridin showed me during such an emotional time meant more than he probably realizes. The customer service was absolutely top-tier, and having one less thing to worry about made a tremendous difference.
Because of this experience, I will definitely use Turo again. Thank you, Nuridin, for being such an amazing host and for extending genuine kindness during a difficult time. Highly recommended! 🙏🏽❤️
