Pick up instructions need to be better. the pick up instruction said an option to get to the pick up location was via Aladin shuttle, i asked 2 airport employees next to the airport exit doors and they didn’t know where it was. I spent 20 mins walking around looking for it. I asked car owner for location and they couldn’t tell me where it was either, but it was included in the pick up instructions. Ended up calling a Lyft, then while waiting for the Lyft, saw the Aladin shuttle pass by, but by then it was too late. If it’s included in the transportation instructions, you need to post location of the shuttle and the pick up times. The instructions also said its a 3 minute Lyft ride. It took me 12 mins of waiting for Lyft and another 10 minutes of Lyft ride due to traffic. That was an extra $22.92 charge i wasn’t expecting to pay. The car condition was okay, wasn’t typical car rental company level of cleanliness but good enough. Nitpicky but the driver side tire and passenger rear tire were both at 51 PSI and the other two tires were at 33. The gas was 10/12 bars when I picked up, i had to guess how much gas to put back in when refilling cause i needed to fill back up to 10/12 bars. I ended up putting 11/12 bars of gas, and at these April 2026 gas prices, thats like another $15. Wouldn’t have happened if it was full and i returned it at full. Considering the extra costs associated with renting here, and time lost, would’ve been near the same price as airport rentals.
