The car was amazing! It was a perfect way to travel around San Diego to be able to really enjoy seeing everything that this place has to offer. Omar is also a great host and was always available and able to accommodate changes when needed.

I reported significant tire wear early in the trip because I believed the vehicle was not in a safe condition to continue driving. The host acknowledged the concern but advised me to continue using the vehicle, and the issue was not addressed during my rental.
After the trip, I was charged for rim damage that appears to be minor curb rash, but the repair being claimed seems disproportionate to the level of damage.
Overall, communication was responsive, but the combination of unresolved safety concerns from lack of maintenance and the post-trip claim process made this a disappointing experience. Renters should inspect the vehicle carefully at pickup documenting tire tread depth and rims condition.
The review is misleading. The tire concern was addressed immediately—I explained the Jaguar uses Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires, installed Dec 2025, manufactured July 2025, and provided proof/photos showing their normal appearance. After reviewing, you chose to continue the trip and drove 597 miles in 4 days with no issues. Rim damage was also explained, as powder-coated wheels require full refinishing. My consistent 5-star reviews reflect my professionalism and commitment to guests.
