The car was ready at the time of pickup, though the pickup location is in a slightly seedy area. There were no instructions about sliding open the fence in order to access the lot.
The passenger’s side door handle fell off in my wife’s hand when she tried to open the door.
That said, it was a car. It was where it was supposed to be. It got us around.
Host was quick to respond to messages. Good communication.
