Check engine light was on, cracked windshield and car had trash in it.
I was concerned this car was even safe enough to drive. Never heard back from owner to swap out car.
I’ll be honest I don’t remember this particular incident. But generally speaking if a guest is ever unhappy with the vehicle I will always gladly swap them to another at no charge.

Super easy people to rent from! I have used their fleet several times, and they are just great. I had to extend my trip, twice, and they were totally cool. Sponsor, nice, everything you could ask for. I'd give them another star if I could and will certainly be using them in the future.

The low tire pressure sensor was broken - took me 3 trips to the gas station to figure that out. Other than that the car ran good.

When I picked up the car, one of the front lights was not working. After several attempts at turning the lights on and off, it eventually started working again. There was also a TPMS warning light on, indicating an issue with the tire pressure. Overall, the trip went well, but given these inconveniences and the price paid, I wouldn’t consider the experience excellent.

The key is broken and needs to be replaced. Thankfully the mechanic helped walked me through how to turn the key but it has the potential to break and leave the customer and car stranded.
