Broken seat belt was issue

Dirty car, poor communication and run around with turo assistant to resolve the issue. Literally took 48hrs to resolve an issue and still got charged. Cute color of car though.

It is sad, but the young woman turned out to be an extortionist. She literally latched onto some indelible stains on the ceiling—behind the sun visor—in order to demand money for the trip. All the issues she listed here are blatant lies; had it been possible to add anything else to this list, she would have done so out of spite. As for the money being charged, it is because she was unable to provide Turo Support with photos proof that the car was dirty. The car had a 5* rating before her trip.
The car was amazing, everything went well. Would definitely love to rent it again.
