The welcome was very good, but the car wasn't in very good condition; we had several problems.

We’d like to clarify that there was no check engine light or any reported issues before, during, or after your trip, and no concerns were raised at pickup or return. We take vehicle condition seriously and thoroughly inspect each car between rentals.
