Rear view mirror fell off immediately after pulling off, when we picked up the car. Owner of car was terrible at communication. Didn’t respond or make a plan to come fix the mirror during our entire 7 day trip. We just had to deal with it. Parking the car after use was almost impossible. There’s literally no where to park the car so we had to park it around the block. Would never go through this guy again. EVER.
Actually she was upset from the start of her trip because she ask me to deliver the car, and I told her we don’t offer that service. Then she claimed the rear view mirror just fell off the windshield.
I told her I was coming to fix it, 20 minutes later she said she didn’t have time to wait. Never heard from her again.
There is plenty of parking in the neighborhood of pick up as I always tell guest park anywhere in the neighborhood just let me know where.
