Picked up car and was told it was in an accident with the previous driver right before I picked it up. The car was scratched up and I wish that had been disclosed before I picked it up. I would have cancelled. Wasn’t happy that I was driving around a car with my kid that hadn’t been checked out yet.

There was no accident involving the vehicle prior to your trip. The marks you’re referring to are minor wear-and-tear scratches, which can happen with normal use. For safety, all of our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained by certified mechanics, and the car was cleared to be on the road. We do our best to be transparent, and I’m sorry if anything about the vehicle’s condition caught you off guard we strive to make your experience the best.
