Great rental BUT heads up, you cannot walk to it from the airport!… We loved riding this thing around San Diego… the convertible top works and it was comfortable and fun for us in every way. The host was great and accommodating!!
The only thing I want to give the heads up on is that although the listing says it is 0.8 miles from the airport, it is actually parked about 2 miles away and it is not walkable. Getting an uber there and back was very easy, but it was an added minor expense I was not planning for. But it was a great rental experience, and it would not be an issue worth mentioning except that I think the listing is misleading in this particular way.

Car was not in good condition. Trim piece hanging off the front under tray that looked like someone had tried to repair it with screws from the hardware store and scraped on the road every time I went over a bump. Top did not go up or down properly, key fob did not work, windshield wiper was hanging off and automatic washers didn’t work. Car was also parked 1.3 miles from terminal and to get to it required either an uber or a 30min walk which I wasn’t informed of until I landed despite asking when I made the reservation.
